Analytics notice

1. Website analytics
To understand how visitors find and use https://reconcio.pro we use Umami, an open-source analytics tool that we host ourselves at our own servers in the European Union. Data is not shared with third parties or advertising networks.
- No cookies and no other storage on your device are used for analytics.
- No personal data is collected: Umami records the page visited, the referring site, the country, browser, operating system and device type, and clicks on key buttons (for example, "Start free" or "Free audit"). IP addresses are used only to determine the country and are not stored; visitors are counted using a one-way hash with a periodically rotated salt, which cannot be used to identify you.
- Browsers with "Do Not Track" enabled are not counted at all, and analytics is not loaded if your browser blocks it — the site works the same.
Because no cookies are set and no personal data is processed, no consent banner is shown. Links from this website to the cloud service carry campaign tags (UTM parameters) that show which page a new account came from; they do not contain personal data.
2. Telemetry of self-hosted installations
A self-hosted installation may send us anonymous usage statistics so that we know which versions are in use and how the product is used. The data contains a random installation identifier, the product version and edition, the reconciliation engine, and aggregated counters such as the number of users and reconciliations, in ranges where appropriate. It never contains files, reconciliation results, names, email addresses, IP addresses of users or any other content of the installation.
Telemetry is described in the Software License Agreement and can be switched off in the installation settings. Installations without internet access simply do not send it.
3. More information
How we process personal data in other contexts is described in thePrivacy Policy. Questions:support@reconcio.pro.
