Reconcio documentation
How to reconcile two data exports with Reconcio, read the results and automate it through the API.
Key concepts
- File A and file B — the two exports you reconcile, for example PSP transactions (A) and the accounting ledger (B). They don't need the same column names, column count or row count.
- Key — the column (or columns) that identifies a record in both files: transaction ID, invoice number, order number. Rows are matched by key.
- Compared columns — the columns whose values must agree for matched rows, each with a condition: equal, greater, less or ignored.
- Convergence — the share of keys that matched completely.
- Template — a saved choice of key and compared columns. A reconciliation started with a template runs by itself after upload.
Installation
Reconcio is self-hosted: it runs in your infrastructure as one Docker image plus PostgreSQL, Redis and S3-compatible storage, and ClickHouse for files beyond a million rows (without it, reconciliation runs in memory with the same results). The distribution includes a Docker Compose file, a Helm chart for Kubernetes and an installation guide covering configuration, secrets (environment, file, HashiCorp Vault or Infisical), email, metrics and licensing.
The web interface and the API are served from the same address of your installation. The first user who signs in becomes its administrator and invites the rest of the team.
